Two new Playstation 3 models hit US and Europa


Sony today announced two new PS3 models – a 160GB PS3 system, which will be available as a standalone for $299 and a 320GB version, which will be included in the PS3 Sports Champions Move bundle.

Previously only announced for Japan, the 160GB version is available now in US  and will coming to Europe in October, for 299 Euros.

The 320GB PS3 system will hit store shelves on September 19, in conjunction with the launch of PlayStation Move and will includes one PlayStation Move motion controller, PlayStation Eye camera, a copy of Sports Champions on Blu-ray disc, and bonus Blu-ray game demo disc– all in one complete package for $399.99 (MSRP) for US and 349 euros for Europa.

Sony Walkman NWZ-E350 Series Video MP3 Players


Sony extends its Walkman line-up with the new NWZ-E350 Series Video MP3 Players, which feature extended battery life and is available in two capacity versions 4GB and 8GB.

Sony Walkman NWZ-E350 Series Walkman comes with 2-inch TFT display (320×240 pixel resolution), utilizes Sony’s “Clear Audio” technologies, “for clear, deep sound without distortion”, has a new user interface with  “Album Scroll” and “Scene Scroll” functions and offers up to 50 hours of audio playback (mp3 files at 128 kbps) and 10 hours of supported video playback (WMV at 384 kbps). The player supports MP3, WMA, AAC and WAV (video) and WMV (video) and featuring Sony’s SenseMe technology, which automatically categorizes music tracks in a connected library into a variety of music channels and playlists.

The E Series Walkman will be available next month in three color options – blue, red, and black and NWZ-E353 model,  with 4GB memory will cost you $70 and $80 for an 8 GB version, model NWZ-E354.

iSpot Introduced by ClearWire


The leading provider in wireless broadband services, Clearwire Corporation, introduced today a new device entitled the CLEAR iSpot, which presents a personal hotspot with dedicated support for the mobile devices manufactured by Apple, including the Apple iPad, Apple iPod Touch and Apple iPhone. The CLEAR iSpot offers speed and mobility of mobile broadband for rich online experience of 4G.

“With the iSpot, Apple customers don’t have to sort through confusing service plans with overage fees, nor do they have to worry about how much data they’re using,” said Thomas Enraght-Moony, senior vice president of marketing at Clearwire. “Instead, with CLEAR, customers can run all of their Apple mobile devices at true broadband speeds for a single, simple monthly fee.”

Gainward announced overclockerd GeForce GTX 460 “Golden Sample” with 2GB of memory


The Gainward announced today a new own designed GeForce GTX 460 graphics card, that wears the badge “Golden Sample”, which is factory-overclocked and boasts a “Frankensteined” implantation of 2GB of GDDR5 memory.

The Golden one uses a GF104 architecture with factory over-clocked GPU at 700MHz and 1,800MHz for 2 GB GDDR5 with 256 bit memory interface and according Gainward, this is more than 33% boost from standard 192 bit GTX 460. The video card comes with Gainward Grand Prix (GP) Heatpipes Cooler, a 6 mm copper-water heat-pipes on a copper base, ventilated by 80mm double-ball-bearings fan, HDMI, Dual DVI,VGA ports and Fail-Safe Gainward “Expertool” over-clocking utility, to fry it.

Magellan has unveiled a new eXplorist handheld GPS devices, extending their award-winning, rugged GPS series. A Personal Photo Scanner and Converter that is able to scan print photos up to 8 1/5 x 11 inches large was announced today by Pandigital.
