Microsoft releases the new LifeCam Cinema webcam that is capable of true 720p HD video capturing at up to 30fps. The LifeCam Cinema features Auto Focus, a high-precision glass element lens, ClearFrame image-processing technology for smooth, detailed video, even in low light conditions, and integrated digital microphone.

The LifeCam Cinema includes also the LifeCam Dashboard that offers built-in video effects. The HD webcam has Aluminum body and a flexible stand. You can now get the LifeCam Cinema from OnSale for $59.99.

WooWee Rovio WiFi Mobile Webcam

WooWee launches the Rovio Mobile Webcam that utilize the WiFi 802.11b/g connectivity. The WooWee Rovio features a VGA CMOS image sensor, LED illumination, a speaker and a built-in microphone.

It comes with three omni-directional wheels and three wheel motors that allows it ot move around and there is a camera motor. Comes with the Rovio is a charging dock with built-in TrueTrack Beacon.

It is available for $299.99.

Microsoft LifeCam Show and LifeCam VX-5500 Webcams


Other than mice, Microsoft introduces also two new webcams, including the LifeCam Show and LifeCam VX-5500. The LifeCam Show is a 2 Megapixel webcam that can take up to 8 Megapixel still images. It comes with noise and echo canceling microphone. The LifeCam VX-5500 is able to take 1.3 Megapixel still images and VGA videos.

These webcams come with the one-touch Windows LiveCall button that will launch contact list and LifeCam software for video messages, and photo sharing.

Available in October, Microsoft LifeCam Show and LifeCam VX-5500 will be priced at $100 and $60 respectively.
